Sheffield University is one of the original red brick universities, a member of the Russell Group of research-intensive universities andthe N8 Group of the eight most research intensive universities in Northern England. Sheffield has been ranked as a top 100 university in the world by QS for last fifteen years. In 2019, the University ranked 22nd in Europe for teaching excellence.
The International Foundation Year will give students all the preparation required to succeed at the University of Sheffield. Once students complete the program and achieve the required grades, they can enter the first year of their chosen undergraduate degree at the University.
